Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mensintesis bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan etis, budaya organisasi, akuntabilitas eksternal, dan kualitas pelatihan etika terhadap profesionalisme anggota kepolisian dengan kesejahteraan mental sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA. Sebanyak 150 artikel dipetakan dan 15 artikel utama dipilih untuk dianalisis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keempat faktor organisasi tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan mental dan profesionalisme anggota Polri. Kesejahteraan mental berperan sebagai variabel mediasi. Namun, penelitian yang mengintegrasikan keempat faktor tersebut dalam satu model pada konteks kepolisian Indonesia masih terbatas. Temuan ini memperkuat pengembangan model profesionalisme anggota Polri.
