Keadilan, Belas Kasih, dan Kesetaraan: Pemenuhan Tiga Pilar Hukum dalam Perikop Yohanes 7:53–8:11

Narasi mengenai perempuan yang tertangkap basah berzina dalam Yohanes 7:53–8:11 sering dipahami sebagai pengajaran tentang kemunafikan, ketidakadilan gender dan pengampunan. Namun, dari perspektif hukum, teks ini mengandung trilema antara penegakan hukum (justice), pemberian pengampunan berdasarkan belas kasih (mercy), dan tuntutan kesetaraan di depan hukum (equality before the law). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tindakan Yesus dalam menyelesaikan ketegangan antara ketiga pilar hukum tersebut melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode eksegesis naratif-prosedural. Studi ini menemukan Yesus mengoreksi cacat prosedural (abuse of process) dan penegakan hukum selektif yang bias gender melalui "jeda yudisial" dan merestorasi prinsip kesetaraan di depan hukum (equality before the law). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belas kasih dalam perikop Yohanes 7:53-8:11 bukan bentuk pengabaian hukum, melainkan penegakan keadilan restoratif melalui protokol keputusan pragmatis dengan tujuan menghentikan kejahatan (desistance) serta pemulihan martabat manusia.
