Pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan Melayani terhadap Turnover Intention Dimediasi Keterikatan Kerja pada Perawat

Turnover intention yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan kekurangan perawat klinis, mengurangi kualitas keperawatan, meningkatkan biaya perekrutan ulang, dan menurunkan hasil perawatan kesehatan yang aman bagi pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan kepemimpinan melayani terhadap turnover intention melalui mediasi keterikatan kerja. Populasi penelitian ialah perawat di rumah sakit Hj. Bunda Halimah Batam sebanyak 212 orang. Sebanyak 139 perawat menjadi responden penelitian yang ditentukan melalui perhitungan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat eror 5 persen. Teknik sampel acak sederhana dipilih sebagai cara mengambil sampel penelitian. Pengambilan data menggunakan google form. Metode analisis data berupa PLS SEM dan juga importance performance map analysis. Hasil penelitian menemukan pengaruh masing-masing yang bersifat negatif dari dukungan organisasi, kepemimpinan melayani, keterikatan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Dukungan organisasi dan kepemimpinan melayani masing-masing ditemukan berpengaruh positif terhadap keterikatan kerja. Efek mediasi dari keterikatan kerja ditemukan pada pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan kepemimpinan melayani terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian selanjutnya bisa dilakukan pada perawat di rumah sakit lainnya di sekitar kota Batam, dilakukan secara longitudinal, serta menggunakan metode gabungan kualitatif dan kuantitatif (mix method) guna memperkaya hasil penelitian.
