Mediasi Penuh Penerimaan Teknologi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan: Bukti Empiris dari Karyawan UMKM Pengguna QRIS dan Kasir Digital

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) dan Perceived Usefulness (PU) terhadap Kinerja Kerja (Job Performance) karyawan garda terdepan UMKM di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dengan mengevaluasi peran mediasi ganda motivasi kerja (Motivation at Work) dan kepuasan kerja (Job Satisfaction) secara simultan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei cross-sectional, data dikumpulkan dari 285 responden valid yang merupakan karyawan garda terdepan pengguna teknologi kasir digital (POS) dan QRIS. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa PEOU dan PU tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap JP, mengindikasikan terjadinya fenomena Full Mediation dalam model penelitian. Jalur mediasi MW terbukti signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh PEOU dan PU terhadap JP. Di sisi lain, JS memiliki peran mediasi yang signifikan pengaruh PEOU terhadap JP, namun secara anomali gagal memediasi pengaruh PU terhadap JP. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya asimetri dampak fungsional teknologi pada tingkat operasional, di mana fitur kebermanfaatan fungsional sistem digital beroperasi sebagai faktor hygiene manajerial bagi pemilik usaha untuk memantau performa bisnis, daripada sebagai motivator emosional batin bagi karyawan operasional.
