Systematic Literature Review (SLR) Optimalisasi Faktor-faktor Human Capital dan Dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Penanganan Kasus Narkoba di Satuan Reserse Polda Riau: Peran Intervening Kepuasan Kerja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) mengenai pengaruh faktor-faktor human capital terhadap kinerja penanganan kasus narkoba dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya kompleksitas kejahatan narkotika yang menuntut personel kepolisian memiliki kompetensi teknis, profesionalisme, kemampuan teknologi, kolaborasi lintas lembaga, motivasi kerja, serta kesejahteraan psikologis yang memadai. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review berdasarkan pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Artikel diperoleh dari basis data Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Emerald, Taylor & Francis, Springer, Google Scholar, dan jurnal nasional terakreditasi SINTA selama periode 2019-2026. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan personel, kompetensi profesional, penggunaan teknologi, kolaborasi antar lembaga, motivasi kerja, dan kesejahteraan psikologis memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja penanganan kasus narkoba. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memperkuat hubungan antara faktor-faktor human capital dengan kinerja. Kajian ini menghasilkan model konseptual baru berupa Integrated Human Capital for Narcotics Investigation Performance (IHC-NIP) yang mengintegrasikan enam dimensi human capital dan kepuasan kerja dalam menjelaskan kinerja penanganan kasus narkoba pada Direktorat Reserse Narkoba Polda Riau.
